Where we ship
We ship to the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We don't ship internationally yet.
Cost
- $7.95 flat rate on orders under $75
- Free on orders of $75 or more
Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
Orders are prepared within 2 business days, then take 2 to 5 business days in transit. That means most orders arrive within four to seven business days of ordering.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed at the weekend start processing on the next business day.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and holiday periods can add time.
Where orders ship from
Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from within the United States. There are no customs charges or import duties on domestic orders.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once your parcel is dispatched. If you haven't received tracking after three business days, check your spam folder and then email us.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your address at checkout. We can change it only before dispatch. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll refund the item but not the original shipping, and reshipping is charged again.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking hasn't moved for seven business days, email us and we'll open a claim with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we replace it or refund you in full.
