These terms apply to everything sold on this store. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them — they're short.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. We ship to addresses in the United States only.

What we sell

We sell cosmetic products. They are cosmetics, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing on this store should be read as medical advice. If you have a skin condition or a known allergy, speak to a doctor or a pharmacist before using a new product.

Everyone's skin is different. We recommend patch testing on your inner arm before first use, especially if your skin reacts easily. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Ingredients and allergies

The full ingredient list is printed on every product and shown on its page. It is your responsibility to check it against any allergies you have. We can't be responsible for a reaction to an ingredient that was disclosed.

Prices and product information

All prices are in US dollars. We try to describe products and show colours accurately, but screens vary and we can't guarantee an exact match.

Prices can change without notice. If we discover an error in the price or description of something you've ordered, we'll contact you before shipping and you can confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we can't authorise payment, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.

Returns

Our refund policy forms part of these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
